Chatting with Lauren and Carolyn was eye opening and I am so glad that we connected on Instagram. Their programs (Mental Push Plan & Mental Grief Plan) are instrumental and I feel even more powerful than your typical “birth plan” in terms of having tool for overcoming obstacles you may meet during birth. It just makes sense to use principles from sports psychology and yoga to prepare for birth, right? Have a listen. I think you’ll enjoy it.
My top takeaway from this episode is that we all have mental fortitude, we just need a little bit of guidance for how to best access it and use it to its full potential.
